HAPPY BIRTHDAY NATALIE!

The big brother, Sam, checking out his little sister.
Momma and her baby girl.

So alert!

Christmas Eve!

8 years old

I know I am a little behind, but Happy Birthday to my sweet, sassy Natalie. On Christmas, Natalie turned 8. We celebrated with cake and a trip to the park in the afternoon to play with her new pink softball bat, mitt, and ball. (that is what she asked for). Natalie is a joy, she is strong willed, hard to deal with and full of questions. Nate says she came out with her eyes open, ready for the world. I'm just not sure the world is ready for her. She is smart, sassy, funny, cute, she loves to read and torture her big brother. Sam always got in trouble when Natalie was really the one who should have. I wasn't due til the 27th and because of health issues the Dr. didn't think I would go into labor, but surprise, christmas afternoon my water broke and a few quick hours later she was born. I have to say, she was the easiest delivery, considering she is the only one I wasn't induced with (that doesn't mean I liked it, ha ha). At times she is very difficult, but we love her anyway. Happy Birthday to my sweet Natalie. We love you!

I can't believe how fast the kids grow up. It is sad and exciting at the same time.

What a cute post for your girl's birthday, and how fun to see photos of her as a baby and shots of you pregnant!

I have a theory that the kids that are challenges as kids if we can get them through adolescence make great and interesting adults. Hold on and love them. Nate turned out!
