HAIRBOWS

I have found a new hobby! For the last few months I have been making hairbows for the girls and all their friends. I've decided to sell them at a couple holiday bazaar's at local elementary schools. But-I need some help thinking of a name and since you are all so talented and clever, I thought you could help. List your choice for a name for my little hairbow business in the comment section and I will mail the winner some of my beautiful, handcrafted, hairbows. I will pick a winner when there is a clever and catchy name I like. (this is not an official contest, do not email me whining about rules, laws, etc. etc.) Also, let me know what you think of them. And if you would like to order some, email me, I can make them in any color you would like.

Thanks for your help!!

CAKE PAN

Some of you know of my little baking and decorating cake hobby. I haven't done hardly any since moving to Oregon, but I think I need to. I found this pan I just have to get.

Super Size Your Cupcake!
Wilton has just come out with this pan.
You just bake it in two pieces and slam it together!

EATING HEALTHIER!!

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high, I'd gained some weight, and I didn't feel so hot. My doctor said eating right doesn't have tobe complicated and it would solve my physical problems. He said just think in colors...Fill your plate with bright colors... Greens,Yellows, Reds, etc. I went right home and ate anentire bowl of ................

And sure enough, I felt better immediately. I never knew eating right could be so easy :)

HE PASSED!!

Yippee, It's official, Nathan is a P.A.
We are happy to say we got his test results back and he passed, of course, I never had any doubt, well maybe just a little nervs.

Also-if you hadn't heard, WERE IN THE ARMY KNOW. So, Nate has been looking into this for a long time and we have been doing alot of research about this. We decided this was a good decision for us. It is a three year commitment and they will pay back almost all of our school loans. We don't have his official orders yet, but it looks like we are going to Fort Hood, TX. We will probably move the end of December. We are looking forward to seeing a part of the country we have never seen and the prospect of buying a house. But we are also looking forward to having our loans paid off and moving back to the northwest.

TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR

Here is Alison's version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! The kids can't keep their hands off of Adelaide. Everytime she makes a tiny sound they come running and have to hold her and sing to her, which is great, except that Alison thinks she is old enough to pick her up and carry her around.

LABOR DAY!

We drove up to Graham (Puyallup) on sunday and spent the night at Aunt Colleen and Uncle Robrick's house. We had a big family birthday party. Uncle Rob gave Natalie a ride on his motorcycle and she loved it. Doesn't she look great!!

Natalie, Matt, and Sam-cousins-You would never guess that they live three hours apart and only see each other a few times a year. Sorry Aunt Colleen for the mess we left.
